Scaramouche can't help but roll his eyes at her. He happened to meet Jean while out in the forest. He had noticed a large herd of rockfond rifthounds along the path and warned her of the 'things' in the way, but she had ignored him. He almost wanted to let her deal with the sudden threat on her own, but he was a changed man (and Nahida would scold him if she found out). He was like the Grinch.
