This interview from late 2018 was suggested to me (I’m currently reading “Lethal White”) and y’all I’m so surprised by JK Rowling’s laugh, i didn’t expect that at all. She seems like a fun person to be around

taylor swift “folklore” album reminds me of paintings and films and fine poetry, the words are so well chosen that I can see the images clearer than ever, she is a real storyteller. she was a great writer already as a teenager, she was creative and had dreams, ambition, a girl can do that and she can succeed, taylor is one of these inspiring figures that I believe will be reminded through time. her work is aging like fine wine and she gets better and better at her craft. I am an absolute fan of her “reputation” album yet I can say with certitude that “folklore” surpasses it amazingly. I love women in art, I love how the specific perspective and lived experience of women around the world and around history shapes our art and creates a feeling of understanding for other girls and women seeing their work, taylor is like that, she belongs. she belongs with the women who have tried to show the inside of their minds and hearts throughout time, the ones who created rich stories and fiction that will be loved and shared generation to generation, women like emily dickinson or harper lee or virginia woolf or emily brontë or sylvia plath. the world needs artists, poets to make us feel grateful for the precious life that we have, the time that we have here, taylor is finding her place in it and I am so grateful that she is sharing her vision with us.
Also wishing a Happy Birthday to the amazing Kate Bush, it was yesterday but it’s not too late so here we go ! Thank you for your amazing work ! 💕

It’s early in the night (morning?) here in France, and we’re December 13th of 2019 soooo... happy birthday Queen Taylor!! <3 30 years old today, it’s a new chapter that’s about to begin! We love you so much!! I cannot thank you enough for the art you make, it brings so much joy to the world, we have these words and melodies that perfectly match feelings that we have, thanks to you, we either relate or can understand better what love is, we can feel again heartbreaks, fear, desire, strenght, healing, doubts, courage, just by listening to your songs ! That’s the magic of your art and we’ll always be there to support you, have the bestest day! Xx

Kate Bush is literally the one who invented the mic fixed to the head that so many musicians/performers use today, this woman is so amazing, you never expect what she can create
That’s an interview from 2016 but let’s share it since Germaine Greer is one badass woman who’s not afraid to keep expressing her radical feminist views like she has always done. Somebody who’s born a certain sex cannot “know” what it is to be/feel the other sex, it’s just not possible.
