MegaTokyo the Comic

This comic is especially relevant for me right now. I’m not nekkid like Largo, but I may or may not have stripped down to my skivvies and a tanktop because it’s so friggen’ hot in my apartment right now... and because of static. Yeah.

And unlike Largo, I am using traditional cooling methods for this computer.

My Favorite Webcomics

I just started reading a new comic, and realized I hadn’t done a “best webcomics” post in a while, so here you go:

Snarlbear: I just started this one. Fantastic colors, outrageous action, and a decent number of unicorns.

Mare Internum: Researchers on Mars. Stunning art and a captivating, gut-wrenching story. Contains some very dark themes, handled artfully well. Not for the faint of heart.

Gunnerkrigg Court: A school with secrets, a forest of magic, and two girls trying to find their paths.

Wilde Life: A man moves to a small town to get away from past complications, but complications seem to keep finding him. Like the fact that his new house is haunted.

Lackadaisy: Rum-running cats in the prohibition era. Excellent character development, well-researched setting, and artwork to die for. Liberally sprinkled with ridiculous humor and nuanced plot. Doesn’t update that often, but it is worth the wait.
