I mean, I’m instinctively tempted to favour the dragon bc firebreathing and scales. but then, cats have nasty tempers and one hell of an attitude so really it’s anyone’s guess.
i think i might actually have to go with the dragon, not for any of the obvious reasons but because on average ducks are bigger than house cats.

Dragons.
