That commenter is so rude... how about if you want it that bad learn a whole other language and translate it yourself... (Also lmao not like working adults get "summer holidays" to work on things (Not that I know what any of the people translating etc do but like the concept of all that free time... you can spend on things... goes out the door once you leave school...)

honestly, (WARNING: rant in coming bc i am stressed beyond belief and it’s low-key reflective of previous rants but STRESS) I’m trying, stressing, and starting to fall behind on studying for the most important exams of my life so far right now while trying to juggle being an admin and managing, uploading, and proofreading projects and it’s actually so difficult. I don’t think people realise that every single one of us who works on every single project is doing this for fun and out of the goodness of our hearts (and wallets!) so when people tell us to “hurry” or “work faster” for their own benefit, not only is that disrespectful, but also unhelpful in every way possible??

You can’t tell someone to “work faster” if you don’t even understand what it’s like to work as a scanlator. And even then, don’t bite the hands that feeds you?? ???

So i just want to thank you (yes, you, I-silvermoon <3 (and others who feel the same)) for being understanding and soz for making you read a rant that has nothing to do with you bc you’re (all) a bless >3<

I can assure you that is the face we both made. Thankfully I was able to convince him that the bookshelf was a much better place to be. He did try to pinch my thumb, but it didn’t really work considering they’re about the size of a very angry sesame seed.
