I’m gonna do these one at time whenever I think of one, because I can’t think of them all off the top of my head and it gives me more excuses to write about scenes I like lol.

This scene just sends me whenever I watch it. Steven is like “Father, commit domestic violence” so casually, and then when Greg reasonably doesn’t want to punch his 14 year old son in the face, he offers up himself as sacrifice instead. Steven whiffs it because he’s a soft boy, prompting Greg to say “it’s okay, I can take it” and then he is promptly annihilated by his 14 year old son, who in hindsight probably could have taken a human punch without injury a lot better than Greg could have.

This whole scenario kind of makes me think of Jasper telling Steven she could take it if he used his diamond powers, only to be thoroughly deep sixed when he did. Which should make me sad, but instead it makes this scene 10 times funnier to me for some reason. Steven: 2, Greg and Jasper: 0
