I’ve been playing about with this technique of dying paper for a long time now. I learn more every time. Dripping, splashing, dribbling, spraying ink and water onto all kinds of paper. Watching it wrinkle and the colors run together and merge. Yesterday’s challenge... I missed it...Day 20 was my favourite technique. This was hard as there are Romany and in the end I’ve decided it is anytime I can use my fingers. I love getting my hands in and moving paint or medium around. It is that tactile joy. It’s all about the feeling of immersing yourself in the moment and seeing what comes through. Finger painting has a lot going for it as it varies the mark in different ways and it is about letting go and allowing yourself to play. 🖐.
