Fawn couldn’t remember a time when didn’t have a pet or an animal she was rescuing in her house. Her parents were really kind and always pushed her to keep after her dreams, but when she was nearly killed by a dog in the neighborhood when she was eleven years old, her parents thought she ought to try a different route. But little Fawn, even after narrowly surviving the attack, with the scars to prove it, she knew that had to help animals still. There was something so deeply ingrained in her being that said, “Fawn, you really love animals.”
Her mother and father met at a cafe, of which she was named (as well as a baby deer that ran across the road when they were on their way to hospital). And you could say it was their belief in signs and wonders that made her such a free spirit she is.
Studying at Polaris, Fawn knew that she would have work her butt off and get into the Andromeda Zoo’s clinicals and pass to work there. So Fawn was always studying, burying herself away with her books and making sure she did everything right, failure wasn’t an option in her book.
