WUFAN responding to… [ ALLEN taking care of an ill WUFAN ]

The last time Wufan remembers falling ill is one harsh winter when he hadn’t heeded his mother’s advice and worn as many layers as possible while treading out to watch the snow fall over the country. He’d been restricted to his bed for too many days after, a rasping cough wrecking his throat and generally feeling totally bummed out.

There’s no warning when the illness comes while he’s in the academy, and it’s just his luck that it’s Allen who he’s with when he becomes too light headed to walk properly. Once he’s laid down and actually able to formulate coherent words, the first thing to come to mind is a thanks for the support to take him to his room -- but then water is thrown in his face and anything on the side of grateful fades. He notices Allen’s smug expression and resolutely ignores it, instead reaching out to push him off from where he was perched on the bed. It’s all deserved, Wufan tells himself.
