The tinkling chime came right as he wrapped his fingers around the device and scared a little yelp out of him (though it seemed more like scaring a little noise from a pile of blankets more than anything) and the answer he revives into quote what he’s looking for. Oh. Oh shoot.
[txt; unknown] Oh no! I’m so sorry!!
Marci liked to think he’s managed this whole technology thing and was a little bit better to misread numbers and send texts to the right place, but apparently not. But then again when a second text comes a minute later, it has Marci sitting up in a second, glancing towards his door as if this stranger gonna walk right in that moment.
But then his stomach let out the loudest rumble and right– he had skipped breakfast today in order to sleep longer and the only lunch he had was an apple and then another after practice.
[txt; unknown] …. I’m up for some food.
And a moment’s though before he was tacking on,
[txt; unknown] but… you’re not like someone mean, right?
It's only at the second reply from the mysterious stranger that Wufan realises the possibility of the person not residing in Fabeln. The thought makes him choose his words a little more carefully, unsure if the academy is intended to remain in secrecy -- and even then, to what extent? [txt; unknown] It's not a problem! [txt; unknown] Do mean people usually give out free food? After a few moments of reading back over the text, he figures that's as reassuring as his response will get and glances over at his home-made lunch with a little hesitation. It takes him only a moment to decide to box it all up, the amount being more than sufficient for two, even considering Wufan's appetite, before pushing it into a canvas bag and all the while revising and re-writing the phrasing of his next question in his head. Whose child are you? Are you normal? Are you royalty? [txt; unknown] What hall are you in?
