btw thank you friendlies for sending some kind words my way last night; shit’s kinda, well, shit right now, in a number of ways, and i don’t have much (any) of a family/social support system outside of the internets (which is partially my own doing), but am quite grateful to have pretty excellent internet friends.

in better news, my new bike arrived today!  pretty much the only actual thing i still need to get is a usb modem, which isn’t a big deal.  and a train ticket.  and decisiveness.  possibly a new brain.
