hey, can i get more suggestions for chloe if it's not too much trouble?

on the off chance that this isn’t for the application in the inbox ( or if you’re still debating ! ) a few suggestions besides the ones listed on her biography could include : chloe bennet, alexa demie, hailee steinfeld, vanessa morgan or margaret qualley !  as always, our motto is : a faceclaim only matters as much as your vision for the character. while we have suggestions, they’re merely a jumping off point - who you choose should be who you want and who you picture for the character!

I know this might seem like a bit of a dumb question, but in terms of faceclaims, are there any you are particularly attached to that you'd prefer wouldn't be changed? i know you will be focusing on the writing mainly i just wouldn't want a fc change to affect the chances if its a tie between two applications... because i'd prefer someone else for fc for the character i want to apply for, but i don't mind keeping it the same if you like them a lot. sorry again if this is dumb

The alternate fc list exists because I would be 100% okay with the fcs being changed to those on that list, it won’t have any impact on your chance of being accepted. The only character that is an exception is Seb, and that is also discussed on that page which you can find here.

Oops ok I tried replying but i'm not sure it worked, so. Yup, got it! I mentioned Cody cause Logan is English, so I was wondering if the alternative fc, (in this case of 1 poc parent), had to be really English-(ethnicity I was thinking) or if they could be American-(same), like Cody is to Logan. Although I still have to go resource hunting before I suggest this seriously. Only used Indian because of your later example. I wasn't referring to Aboriginal people at all. Thanks for clarifying!!

Yeah that’s okay. American or English makes no difference, like I said, it just means they’re white, so they’re completely interchangeable, it’s just a nationality not an actual ethnicity and all character Nationalities here are based on where the characters were born. (English is often referred to as an ethnicity cause many people with white roots have trouble tracing it back, usually its Anglo-Saxon or White European but there’s often no way of actually knowing for sure)Hopefully that clears it up for everyone. FC Nationality/Ethnicity doesn’t matter unless they have coloured roots, in that case it needs to be acknowledged and catered to.

Would Liam Dean possibly work as an FC change for Logan?

Man, believe it or not, he was originally on my draft list as Jack but I dropped him out because I could only find one gif pack...Personally I think he’s a bit too much of a baby-face for Logan, I can still definitely see him as Jack but there’s such a lack of resources that I’m thinking he probably wouldn’t be a great choice for anyone. I mean if your heart is really set on him for Logan, come have a chat to me off anon (I mean maybe you have your own resources tucked away somewhere) and I’ll debate putting him on the list but right now I’m not gonna put him on there cause I’m not sure I’m getting Logan vibes from him and again, lack of resources.

You mentioned we could suggest an alternative ethnicity for the characters but do you think we could headcanon it for NPCs, like their parents? I don't really want to mess with the characters (even though it's indirectly in this case). I was thinking of headcanoning Logan's mother as poc but I'm not sure I should because that would mean the twins ethnicity change.

If you’re going to make one of the parents a POC for the twins, then yes their ethnicity would obviously need to change. If their mother is say... Indian and their father is White English, the faceclaims for the twins would have to be half and half. Unless you intend on changing the faceclaims to suit the change, I’d suggest not mixing up the ethnicity of the parents.

Haha he was actually on my drafted ‘possible fcs’ list under Magnus! I’m gonna say yes and add him to the official list, as long as Alfie’s puppy face doesn’t have any impact upon Magnus’ ‘talk-shit get-hit’ personality.

eugene lee yang as an fc for harry?

I’m not sure Eugene really suits Harry, he’s also a buzzfeed guy and doesn’t seem to be an actor much outside of that so I’m not sure how appropriate he is to use as an FC. Sorry anon!
