The place she used to call home was Huntington Beach, California, though she now lives in Sawtelle, Santa Monica, California. It states that she’s currently a stripper (full-time) working at 4Play and dance teacher working at Santa Monica High School - if you want to creep on her. Being the middle child with two brothers, Penny had it fairly easy growing up, getting off the hook for most of the mischief that she wrought upon the small city where they lived. Many days were spent beachside, wandering the piers and playing with boys’ and girls’ hearts if not in the studio perfecting her craft or cheering on the sidelines at football games. She’d always dreamed of making a name for herself, always pursuing being greater than just another member of her family clan, even if she did thoroughly love them all. The moment she’d received her high school graduation stole, she’d already lost it and her hat to run off to the greater Los Angeles area. Though she tried to go to college there, Penny was forced to drop out, unable to afford the classes even despite the few parts she was able to nail the audition for. After another couple years, the blonde realized that she needed help booking gigs and someone to represent her. Following a couple leads, she ended up at 4Play. While it fronted as a highly reputable club, it also acted as an agency that helped its staff be seen by the big wigs in Hollywood. She managed to strike a chord with the owners at an open audition for new performers and they took her under their wing, giving her an opportunity to finetune her craft. Though the blossoming reputation and tips have started to increase in recent months, she still snagged a steady job at a local high school to supplement her rent, more determined than ever to carve her own path to success.

She’s aesthetically pleasing, compassionate, freethinking yet hedonistic, hot-headed, impulsive. That’s just what I’ve heard, anyway. It seems like she’s really into all kinds of dancing, gold coloration, and slushies. But be careful! She doesn’t really appreciate black olives, entitled men, when someone interrupts her while she’s speaking.

When she first spotted the Dynamic Duo, Penny couldn’t help but chuckle as Cooper confessed that they were scoping out the “new kid” even though he seemed far more invested in the act than his partner. Unable to resist the aura of mystery surrounding the lack of knowledge other teachers had on him as well as his sly glances when they passed each other in the hallway, she began tailing Jude to the bleachers where he had his almost daily smokes after-school. They hit it off almost immediately between her risque lifestyle and his off-kilter persona, both sheltering good intentions and wholesome attitudes beneath. At this point, she’s begun to wonder what they really mean to each other but for now, has been maintaining her cool and enjoying each moment with him.

I think he’s her ELDER BROTHER, and that he’s a true blue cop that had never wanted anything more from life having grown up helping take care of his younger brother and sister. Though Penny loves him dearly and knows he’s a merely a protective sweetheart, he’d always been seen as the stick in the mud between the three siblings, always a stickler for following the rules and safety guidelines. Joseph recently was on the receiving end of a divorce from his now ex-wife due to the fact that he missed a lot of their daughter’s early years to his own staunch dedication to his job and putting food on the table instead of taking time off to spend time with them. Though she knows she should confess, Penny hasn’t told him that she’s a stripper at a club near West Hollywood because she already can tell he’s going to lose it and might do something rash.

I think she’s her CO-WORKER AT 4PLAY, and that she’s quite well-known for her celebrity status as the club’s headlining act as well as the minor roles she’s played in various movies and shows filmed locally. Just like with most other working members at their joint, they’re thick as thieves and Jessica’s especially known for her quickness in snarky comebacks – a trait almost as famous as her seductive aura when acting in-character atop the stage. Sometimes they get partnered together as singer and performer, which has only further motivated Penny to dance her very best in order to stay on par with Jessica so they get similar tip amounts, though the two are careful not to step on either one’s toes.
