5 ways to be GREAT ON PURPOSE!

1. Be willing to CHANGE- GET OUT of your comfort zone! Trying new things leads to brand new results. Acknowledge where you can use improvement and be better. Change= Growth and Progress
2. STOP making Excuses- OWN THAT SHIT! Whatever it is you want or want to do, you're able to do it! Bu tdon't hold yourself back, do what you have to, to get the results you want. It won't happen overnight but small steps lead to huge steps. JUST DO IT, START NOW!
3. Compliment Yourself- Be your own biggest supporter. Tell yourself about yourself. Speak into existence the person you want to be, but also highlight all the amazing things that make you who you are. Whether it’s your hair, your ambition, completing a new task/goal, being a caring person, whatever it is there is NOTHING wrong with patting yourself on the back and rewarding a job well done. 4. Study Your Mistakes- The best part about fuck ups are learning from them. Once you mess up you get the opportunity to evaluate the when, why and how. By analyzing your mistakes you get a better prospective on how to improvements. Studying your mistakes your already one up because you already know what won't work.
5. WRITE SHIT DOWN- Our brains are made to think. Not to remember. So many ideas run through our heads every minute, hour and moment it would be impossible to remember them all. Having pen and paper handy are essential. Making list, writing down ideas, thoughts and feelings help to free up space in your mind and helps you to function better.
