Hi Julia :) How do you find the motivation to study and complete assignments while grappling with mental illness? I'm really struggling at the moment and would appreciate any tips you might have x

Ah I’m studying with that too right now.

Normally I just make myself do one thing. Even if it’s small. Like answer one question, or look for one resource. From there, I just do one more thing and one more thing. 

Sometimes, you just have to start.
