Meghan Darling
A popular, spoiled, yet kind girl who is the daughter of millionaires Emily and Arthur Darling. Meghan was the quintessential "it-girl" of McKinley High, often seen driving her custom pink Mustang with The Pussycat Dolls blaring from the speakers. Despite her "Spoiled Brat" and "Pinky" nicknames, she was ironically kind, often acting as the emotional glue between her partners, Ian and Erin, and the rest of their friends.
Following a heated argument with Ian after Erin’s horrific death, Meghan sought refuge in "retail therapy" at the McKinley Mall. While heading up an escalator, her signature "M" initial necklace—a piece of jewelry that defined her status—became the very thing that sealed her fate. The elegant silver letter caught in the mechanical "teeth" of the moving stairs, and before anyone could hit the emergency stop, the machinery pulled her in.
In her final moments, she was seen desperately clawing at the metal with her pink manicured nails, leaving a tragic, bloody mark on the cold machinery.
