Idk how I got here, but I just remembered that a while back I ended up forming headcanons on which of the Blue Lions would have watched K-Pop Demon Hunters, so thought I'd throw that in a post!

Ngl I can't really think of a context in which Dimitri would have watched it ; he doesn't seem like the type to seek out that kind of movie, and neither is any of his friends ngl. The only thing I can think of would be Sylvain inviting him to watch it, but he'd probably hear the premise and go "... What, why?" The poor guy would probably have Thoughts on the Takedown scene.

I don't think Dedue watched it either ; same as Dimitri, doesn't strike me as someone who would watch that kinda thing on his own, and he isn't close to anyone who would either.

You can count on Sylvain to have noticed like half the girls in Garreg Mach were suddenly obsessed with that one movie and watched it for that reason! He probably, in fact, based his persona on Jinu for a while and learn the Saja Boys' songs for the cause. He would probs have more thoughts on Free than he'd like to admit.

Ingrid would prooobably not watch it on her own, but maybe the other girls in the House would have made her watch it! She's not like, a fan of the movie, but she did enjoy it! She's probably an How It's Done girlie. I think she'd use gifs from the memetic pre-show snack scene a lot.

Felix would NEVER watch that movie willingly. Annette could totally make him watch it though, bc she's just that powerful. This guy was for sure super judgemental of it on principle, but then How It's Done comes on and he like ".. Okay maybe this is a tiny bit cool". If he cares enough about the songs to have a favorite, it would DEFINITELY be Takedown.

Ashe definitely would get curious and watch it. Probably not super obsessed with it, but he definitely liked it a lot, and might have ended up talking about it with Ingrid. They have the same favorite song in How It's Done.

Mercedes definitely watched it, she probably would watch it on her own, and ABSOLUTELY would watch it a few more times with her bestie! I feel like her favorite song would be Your Idol, she does like her spooky stuff!

Annette. Oh, Annette. This entire thing may or may not have been started by me thinking about Annie singing Soda Pop while tidying up her room, and thinking "that's the most canon shit I've ever seen". She's seen the movie a bunch of times, including a few times with Mercie. She's probably dragged a few other people into it as well. She was singing the songs all the time for weeks. That girl was OBSESSED. Soda Pop is the one she sings the most, but her favorite would be Golden!
