I wouldn’t say I’m one to make “resolutions” but I do like to set goals and intentions for the new year….which I guess is sorta the same thing?! I like to choose one word for the year and then set all of my intentions around that word. For 2022 that word is happiness. Whether that means more downtime, less time on social media, better work/life balance, more family time, more adventures, or setting aside time for self care the focus will be on what makes me feel happy. Oh and Jeff and I are hitting a major reset button and diving head first into dry January!! We’ve got so much on the plate for this year that we decided what better way to start knocking things off the list than to limit distractions!
