                    he  knows  that  his  husband  never  sleeps  for  long;    knows  it  can  take  anywhere  between  five  minutes  to  an  hour    (  if  lucky  ),    but  whenever  he  notices  the  way  his  breathing  changes  and  his  body  relaxes  more,  he  knows  that  sleep  has  seeped  in  and  taken  over,  causing  him  to  be  more  alert.    he  always  wants  crow  to  sleep  and  get  the  rest  he  deserves,  and  so  he  finds  himself  watching  him  in  silence  until  he  notices  the  familiar  way  his  expression  changes.    he  always  looks  in  pain  when  sleeping...    though  sometimes  it  gets  worse  due  to  the  nightmares,  and  slowly  does  nomi  reach  out,  two  fingers  stroking  lovingly  against  the  other’s  cheek.

                    as  time  has  gone  by,  avery  hasn’t  grown  too  much  physically  except  her  hair  getting  longer  again  as  well  as  getting  a  bit  more  height.    other  than  that,  she  remains  the  same,  though  presents  herself  more  in  an  adult  way.    wearing  leroy’s  shirt  and  carrying  two  grocery  bags,  she’s  on  her  way  back  to  the  apartment,  humming  quietly  to  herself  when  she  notices  a  familiar  figure  walking  from  the  opposite  direction.    avery  blinks  for  a  moment  as  she  approaches,  then  she  lets  out  a  loud  gasp  and  drops  the  bags  onto  the  ground,  closing  the  distance  between  the  two.

                  ‘ crow...?!    weren’t  you  supposed  to  be  back  next  week...?! ‘                     she  put  it  in  her  calendar,  okay--

Masahiko wasn’t quite sure how they’d gotten onto this subject, but he actually wasn’t complaining. It was nice to have an intelligent, semi-philosophical conversation between the pandering and dirty talk. It wasn’t like he was in a perfectly cheery mood either, which the other man definitely picked up on.

“Personally, I’d rather fuck a cute guy against the wall, pull his hair and call him a slut, but each to their own, I guess,” He shrugged, taking another drag of his expensive cigarette. Perhaps it was his own way of catharsis, fucking someone roughly while putting the worst things he thought of himself onto them, “I’m not normal, sir. I’m extraordinary, and sensual, and my life reflects that. Beautiful, debauched, sinful; who doesn’t love that? I’m just a little tired, a little melancholy, that’s all.”

Live fast, die young, and leave a beautiful corpse, right? He had no interest in growing old, his looks fading into decrepit wrinkles and imperfect complexions. Part of the reason a lot of those classic beauties, Hollywood starlets like Marylin Monroe, died so young. Or so he’d been told, not that Ukiyo-san was the most reliable source.

             “ i don’t...not know-- ” considering all she ate was take-out, calories and health factor weren’t really things she ever thought about. lips curl downwards into a frown as she scuffs her shoe into the ground. she’s hungry so just giving up the idea wasn’t an option, but it wouldn’t be fair to go somewhere that he wouldn’t eat. “ --we can go somewhere else! like...mcdonalds? ” that’s not really much better, hun.

 “Knowin' there's a chance that she might create a scene, do you know what I mean?”

  They got some decent information from the informant the other day, but she seemed too flaky to just let her off to her own devices now. Telling the other how he planted a bug on her phone and her laptop the other day when she wasn’t aware. He was already reading her texts and listening in phone calls from earlier this morning. Some of this stuff was pointless, but here’s a interesting text about feeling guilty for what she done and pondering if she talk to the police.

          ------    THIS  IS    definitely  a  dream.    it  can’t  be  real;  too  good  to  be  true.    he  has  no  one  there  to  pinch  him,  and  so  zayden  slowly  reaches  into  his  pocket  to  fish  his  phone  out,  eyes  never  leaving  the  other  male  sitting  at  the  other  end  of  the  cafe,  and  there  goes  the  flash  on  his  camera.    oops.

✂  █ ▌┊    DESPERATION    has  truly  taken  a  hold  of  him  now.    he’s  not  even  sure  of  the  reason  behind  what  he’s  done  anymore,  but  as  he  comes  back  to  reality,  staring  at  the  dead  woman  at  his  feet,  he  can  only  hold  his  breath.    he  was  trying  to  switch  sides  with  her...    he  thought  maybe  she  could  be  a  way  to  get  out  of  this  evil  circle  he’s  in,  but  it  seems  he’s  only  taken  an  innocent  life  instead.    he  feels  so  empty,  and  slowly  he  raises  the  blood  stained  knife  in  his  hand  to  stare  at  it  with  blurred  vision.    he  could  try  to  stab  himself  again...    he  could  remove  his  limbs  until  all  that  remains  is  the  arm  used  to  do  so...    but  why  would  it  work?    it  never  worked  before...    no  matter  how  many  wounds  he  leaves  on  his  arms  and  body,  they  remain.    it’s  as  if  he  can  never  run  out  of  blood...

✂  █ ▌┊    HE    barely  notices  the  familiar  being  showing  up,  only  realising  when  his  eyes  focus  on  him  somewhere  behind  him.    eyes  widen  slightly,  a  shaky  exhale  leaving  him  as  he  drops  the  knife  and  bites  down  on  his  bottom  lip.
