“You know you don’t have to be so dramatic.” Jimin had a natural tendency to be. What the reasoning was for that Kyungil was still uncertain of. It had to do with something private - within himself. That was how he dealt with stress - an override of fear. Perhaps dealt is not the appropriate term. For he suffered more than anything. “I’ll be okay. It’s just a few weeks and you know I won’t forget about you. I don’t know why you still have to say that to me every time I leave.” Maybe it was because that one time he did, hunters had run after him and he hadn’t come home for months longer than intended. Jimin was certain he had died. The murder rate was on the rise and it was by no means a relation to humans. Jimin was one of the few that knew his long lost secret and just how much trouble it could get him in. Being popular and known to hunters as a werewolf didn’t help. Most of the time they were aware of his location, or at least had a rough estimate. “Listen, it was one time. We’ve been friends since we were kids. I’ll be fine.”

they had been working together for a short time now- adam and yoongi weren’t strangers by any means, although he normally didn’t allow himself the luxury of getting attached to fellow employees. not anymore, anyway. but with the garrison needing more bright minds, they had found the famed ‘genesis’ and sought out his help. although a pilot, adam had been assigned as his partner, although...truth be told, he felt like he wasn’t doing much except providing intel that yoongi could get on his own. 

that being said, the other was interesting. adam just...doesn’t know how he’s managed to end up at the other’s apartment. normally they had the luxury of staying on garrison property, a place adam knew, where he was comfortable. but this was foreign territory. he can’t remember the last time he’d been over to someone’s place...other than shiro, but that was long ago. 

“ uh...should we get to work? “ fuck, why is he flustered? normally the man kept calm and composed, but...it’s just...he’s quite awkward around new people, even people he knows in new places and he doesn’t quite know how to handle it.
