I'd be hesitant to say that there's any particular way autistic people look, cause that encourages stereotyping. Like, there's already enough pressure on people who don't "look autistic" without bringing in specific (and not entirely universal) physical features into the mix. It's also the sort of thing someone might be teased over (nobody ever took me seriously because I have a baby face), and not everyone is at the point of self-acceptance where they can be proud of that sort of thing.
Yeah, I know. That’s why I didn’t state it myself, but published something where someone did. Also, it’s a situation where some autistic people have those features and others don’t.
