Today is the anniversary of Brian Jones' death and the Rolling Stones are performing here, about 30 minutes away and I'm not gonna be able to see them. But if I could I'd be screaming Brian's name at the top of my lungs because its really been 50 years. And although he's not there it sure will feel like it. And it probably would've been great in thought, but they don't even act like he existed. And I really can't emotionally do that. I love Brian, he looked like an amazing fellow. And sadly he's someone I'll never meet but that's why I want to be able to buy his house. I feel like its the only way to get close to him. So happy death day Brian, today's a day to celebrate because I haven't forgot you - we haven't forgotten you. And your true fans will miss you. We love you and I hope you're smiling, where ever you are. I'll try my best to get you justice.

My sister and I will be seeing Taylor Swift at DC night 2 on July 11th. I honestly never thought I’d be attending a Taylor Swift concert, especially not one of this magnitude. Sure I’ve liked a lot of her songs over the last 12 years but until I heard Reputation in it’s entirety, I wasn’t a mega fan. This album has given me so much courage. Courage to do things I’d never thought possible. I let go of a toxic relationship. I’m doing things on my own for once and not caring what anyone has to say (okay, I still care, but I try a lot harder to not pay attention to what others think). I have been listening to basically nothing but Taylor for all of 2018 and these songs mean everything to me. I just want to thank you Taylor Alison Swift for helping me through the last several months and for giving me something to look forward to. We’ll be in section B3, row 12, seats 22&23. I cannot wait to have the time of my life with you.
