Last night was bitingly cold. When I took Gracie out around 1:30, the cold took my breath away. Gracie didn’t like it any more than I so she peed as she walked. It was not squatting weather. How To Feed Your Persian Cat

Persian cats are known to be one of the most gentle cat species out there.  They will be a part of your family for many years and bring with them joy and happiness.  Because of all your Persian cat does for you, you want to make sure that you are taking care of it properly.  That is why you want to know ho to feed your Persian Cat.

One of the things you need to keep in mind is that your cat should be fed at the same times every day. That means you are establishing a schedule for when your cat expects to be fed.  If your Persian cat is an outdoor cat, the schedule will help to bring them in at night because they will know that there is food waiting for them.

Next, you will want to make sure that you are selecting the right food.  There are a lot of food options out there for feeding your pet.  Make sure that your cat is getting the best food you can find.  That doesn’t always mean the most expensive food.  You want to find a food that is free of chemicals and uses natural ingredients.

You will also want to make sure that your cat is getting the correct nutritional balance for its activity levels.  You can do this by looking at the ingredients on the cat food and then adding nutrients if it is necessary.

Along with feeding your cat regularly you will want to change the water in your cat’s bowl regularly.  While you should change the water a minimum of once per day, it is best to aim to change the water with every meal.  This helps to prevent the water from getting stagnant.
