honestly, thank you for this.

i've been having a lot of thoughts about quitting posting altogether and just focusing on original stories for my patrons.

Fanfic lately has been sad for me because I get so so excited about the stories and I love them and then... either no one reads or no one tells me they do. Sharing art isn't much fun if no one can see it. And yes, if a tree falls in a forest blah blah it makes a sound, but that tree would be so much happier if someone yelled "HOLY SHIT THAT TREE JUST FELL" lol

so, thank you for sending me this. I really really appreciate it and... maybe the muse will return soon ;)

Fanfic: More Than I Deserve (Shawn/Hunter)

Finally a fanfic update... I'm quite proud how this one turned out. Also, it's got Kevin as the one stating the painful truth. Gotta love that about the big man. Haha.

"More Than I Deserve"

SUMMARY: If Shawn was being honest with himself, there might be more than just friendly feelings towards the latest addition to their group on his part. (Takes place in 1995.)

Another town, another hotel, and of course another late night at a bar. They were on a loop through the Northeast and usually the chicks were falling at his feet. Hall was convinced it was the Texan drawl, he’d like to think it was his natural charm. Either way, life was usually good whenever they were up here.

Tonight, however, Shawn just wasn’t in the mood.

Instead, he was nursing a beer, eyes fixed on the latest addition to their group. Hunter had been travelling with them for a few months now and despite his dismissive welcome at first, he’d soon warmed up to him. Hunter lived and breathed this business and he’d already come to realize that he was loyal to a fault. Plus, he really had an uncanny ability to make Shawn laugh, even on his worst days. It was a miracle he put up with them, though. The kid didn’t drink, didn’t do drugs… Hell, he didn’t even exactly party. Not like they did anyway.
