How I imagine you right now
Really though, I'm glad that Dennis' kindheartedness and openness is coming as both a strength and flaw within him because it is. I want it to be just that! He's a good kid who can make a friend out of just about anyone, but sometimes there are friends who shouldn't be made either because the red flags are flying for a reason. But he's growing, learning, and being a kid too. He's got to learn the behavioral patterns and self preservation.
I'm really touched that Jaden is coming through that clearly though. I always worry he reads too stand offish, rude, and brutish. I know he is just that and it's a valid take, but I don't want it to come off so strongly that it's intimidating or a turn off either, ya know?
