Funnily enough, I’m not 100% joking. While many animals have paw pads, the particular kind of soft, squishy beans found on housecats are an adaptation for stealth. Squishy beans mean you’re looking at an ambush predator.

Miserable routines are definitely suffocating to me. Quite frankly, I'm still hurt and frustrated with how my family brushed off the exhaustion and depression my last job gave me. It's been eight years at this point, but it was absolutely toxic how I was being scheduled and treated at that old folk's home, and nobody cared because that's just life! It's totally normal to go to work at 10AM, get off at 8PM, not get any overtime until you hit the 40 hour mark in the week, and do it every day of the week because there's no coverage for a day off. And God forbid if you do negotiate for a day off, because the others will treat you like absolute shit for it. They'll schedule you 5AM to 8PM to "fairly" give the other person a day off as well, without telling you about this schedule change, and then get mad at you when you don't show up for the start of this ass o'clock shift they never told you about.
Thoughts are my biggest traps nowadays though. Just yesterday, I fell into a pit of insecurity and racked myself over the coals about being 30+ years old and having virtually no dating experience. I must be an insufferable flirt or an undesirable catch at this point.

Speaking generally, as in whenever I'm being creative, there this... frustration to be perfect. Others might call it a 'drive' and find it admirable from a surface level but I know myself better than that. I'm chomping at the bit to get everything right and perfect on the first go, and will obsess over imperfections.
If we're looking for specifically a creepy, crawly feeling though, then it's anxiety and that flares at its worst when I'm writing action scenes. I'm trying so hard to be braver at approaching them and chugging through the scenes, but my anxiety remains a steadfast demon.

She was tired, annoyed, but not completely heartless. A sigh left her as she looked at the redhead, her hand covering up a yawn, "What's Nix gonna do for ya?" Shura muttered, but knew the soft touch would have changed his sheets and rubbed his back.
"All I can do is get some anti sickness stuff, the rest is up to you. Yer old enough"
Medicine was the first thought to come to mind and was nearly the answer Dennis blurted out for Shura, but as soon as he opened his mouth to speak, anxiety reared its ugly head and left him speechless. Nix held a doctor meister, yes, but after Tomoya disguised himself as them once Dennis always felt a touch wary about readily accepting medicine from his teacher - although the chances of Tomoya striking like that again were low.
