Keep your head up
It may be your best day, and it might not be. Maybe somebody sad a harmful word to you, or they shoved you into a locker. Maybe your boss is being an asshole, or your family just doesn’t wanna be nice to you.
Maybe you are having the shittiest day ever, and nothing seems to be going right. But keep your head up.
You are still alive. Yes, it may hurt, so much that your heart feels like breaking, like your mind is shattered. But if you can feel your pulse, see your chest rising and falling, can still see, hear or feel the people around you, then you are alive and amazing.
The world is growing more harder everyday. But you can find the joys in the small things, like a piece of chocolate you found in your bag or a nice comment on a work or post you made years ago.
Let yourself fall, and relish in the emotions. They tell you that you are human. Nobody can be perfect, despite society constantly smacking us for it. You are human, and you are an amazing person.
Talk to people, watch some wholesome videos, scream while playing a raging game, exercise some energy out. There are many ways to healthyly cope with the world.
And if you need somebody to say it, I love you! You are amazing, strong, beautiful and unique! Don’t close your story book yet, since the only one author who can write it’s unique plot is you. Keep your head up high, and smile, because you are alive, and they is somebody out there who loves you.
