I don't know who the genius behind the bun hat is, but they are a truly beautiful human being because these things are the absolute best.
Slimming World is working!?
I hate to say it but Slimming World is working. I feel more in control of my food choices. I'm doing a little bit of intermittent fasting too which is making me feel awesome!
I'm back into the 160s, as of this morning, and I feel good about it. Finally, going in the right direction again.
