(Dont forget the repeating the same sentences/sounds over and over again, getting so distracted by Shiny Things, forgetting that you have to actually talk to people, and also forgetting that neurotypical people cant just pick up where you both left off after Not Talking for 5 hears)

Before I was professionally diagnosed, my mom would say things along the lines of ‘just...do [perfectly normal person function]’ and I would get so so frustrated because the entire issue is that I CANT
And then I finally got on medication😁And then I kept having extremely bad reactions to the medication😀So now I’ve been taking a break from the medication
And the worst part about it is that the ADHD just becomes more and more of an obstacle as you get older. So while my twin bro is functioning perfectly well in society, I am. Struggling😀
And anyone I talk to just says to “get out there more” or “get another job so you have less time to get distracted” etc etc but the advice is always something akin to “just do it right” and it’s maddening because I would if I could
Anyways, that was an unnecessary rant that no one asked for, so I apologize. But just so you know, bald nines is the one that does the voring ;3
