A whole day goes by and you got nothing done. You're feeling like the biggest loser. Be careful with that... easily your mind can then start telling you how worthless and how less than you are. You start digging yourself into a hole of paralyzing hell that then becomes difficult to get out of. UGH 😩 Sometimes our lives just aren't as inspiring or motivating as other times. You will have your highs and your lows. This is called, cycles. We all have them. It's how we handle them is what is crucial. 💯 So when you aren't feeling driven, but at the same time you feel bored and unable to change it. - Then, do it. Just sit in it and do what you can in that moment. No amount of self-disgust is going to be what motivates you to do different! THEN, plan for your next day: What I say to myself is: - I do not want to feel like I did yesterday! I am staying way from the couch! - Instead, I'll have breakfast, then go out and water the plants, vacuum and tidy up the living room. Put a few things away in the kitchen. Go for a walk. This is all you need to do to stop the -I don't feel like doing sh*t energy... and get yourself in movement again. You can certainly relax after you do these things, but at least you feel accomplished and you have moved beyond the non-movement energy/mindspace. - Get up the next day and make sure you have a few things planned that you will take care of.
