So what have I been up to as its been a few days since my last blog. My weekend kicked off my 50th Birthday year in true style celebrating my friends birthday dining in an American style restaurant.
I have long awaited this over indulgence of the `Dustbin lid` challenge.. shared with others I hasten to add...it was a long slow graze. The requirement to eat slowly all the while keeping a sneaky eye on how many onion rings everyone else ate just incase I should miss out on my share ! Burp just roll me out the door
