Whenever I try to talk to ppl I feel like a caveman... completely uncivilized, uneducated,& unsocialized like just an idiot who's aggressively trying to ppl please but I don't actually know what to do or how to talk to ppl. I just... ugh idk

#feels bad...#i feel like i was supposed to be taught how to talk to ppl and make friends but all i ever got taught was #hapy mangage other ppls emotions and environments so ppl dont hate you #but i still feel like everyone hates me... which is frustrating #and i cant really DO anything about it i just have to continue being awkward #awkward and incapable of making bonds with other ppl i constantly feel like an outsider like an alien #someone who isnt supposed to exist...#i tried to tell my therapist Ll of this and she was like That sucks !! keep trying !!#which yeah... i dont have a choice :/ of course im going to keep trying to make connections with ppl #but fuck me i feel like theres no advice no help in this situation #i feel defeated before i even start...
