The tricky thing about life & "co-humaning" is that we always need to remember that we are one part logic, one part instinct and countless parts of emotion. This means that when we deal with challenges like loss (in the form of death, a break up etc) - we tend to apply step-by-step guides of how to deal with it in the hopes that the mind will lead the other troops into salvation in single-file order. Then we tend to feel frustrated when our feels catch us in the middle of our faux-swag, just to remind us of which flight we are actually on. #FeelsAirways 🤣 Note to self & other humaning humans: Give it time.
