I know exactly what you mean! I'm not going to listen to the leaked album cause I want to wait till the actual release date. That's when the boys want to see our first reactions to all of the songs, everybody at the same time. They've worked hard and set a certain date for it to be released and I'm sure that they'd want it to go as planned. Unfortunately this happens every time with a new album...
I know. It's so frustrating. The boys would be so disappointed to know that their hard work has gone into people getting snooty and obnoxious about being able to listen to it before it's official released.
Thank you for writing 'With You, I'm Glowing' ! I really like how it's turning out and I'm glad you're enjoying writing it :) You're an amazing writer!

Part 1
Living on constant fear was not what Niall had expected when he moved to England. He had been hoping that the bullying from his old school could be left behind and he could start fresh here.
No such luck.
So, as he crept through the school hallways trying not to be noticed, he wondered what life would be like if he wasn't hiding. A life where he could walk down the hall with his head high, where he could walk into class and sit down next to that special someone that made his chest glow. His soul mate. The one who he would meet alone one day and their chests would light up and glow together and they'd be happy forever…
During his daydream, Niall suddenly felt a hand grab his shoulder and shove him into the wall. "What're you dreaming, pretty-boy?" a voice sneered in his ear.
Liam.
"N-nothing…" Niall stammered. "I-I was just…"
Liam scoffed, slamming his elbow into Niall's gut before walking away. Niall collapsed onto the floor, coughing and clutching his stomach. The bell for classes rang loudly through the nearly-empty halls. With a groan, Niall pushed himself to his feet and shuffled towards his class.
"Niall, good of you to join us," his teacher greeted when he finally managed to get himself to his class; ten minutes late.
"Sorry, Miss Hamilton," Niall croaked, wincing as he sat down.
Miss Hamilton was silent for a moment, then asked him, "What's the square root of forty nine?"
"Seven, Miss," Niall replied without a pause.
Giving him a slight smile, Miss Hamilton nodded. "Your lateness is excused."
Niall attempted to return the smile, but quickly went back to clutching his stomach and taking deep breaths. He could see Liam glaring at him out of the corner of his eye and sighed heavily, leaning his head on his desk.

"Niall, could I have a word with you please?" Miss Hamilton announced just after the bell rang.
Niall headed up to the teacher's desk, hitching his bag onto his shoulder more. "Yes, Miss?"
Waiting until everyone else was out of the room, Miss Hamilton sighed. "Niall, is there something you want to talk about? Something that's been bothering you…?"
Shaking his head and adjusting his glasses, Niall shrugged, "No, Miss."
Miss Hamilton sighed. "Look, Niall, forget I'm your teacher for a moment. I'm being your mum's friend right now, okay? What's wrong?"
"I don't want people to make a big deal over it," Niall said softly, hanging his head.
"I won't, you know I won't."
Avoiding Miss Hamilton's eyes, Niall mumbled, "It's Liam-"
"I knew it," Miss Hamilton sighed.
"It's not that bad," Niall insisted quickly. "Really, it's fine, Katie, just please-"
"Niall," Miss Hamilton said sternly. "What's he been doing?"
"Just… it's nothing, really," Niall tried.
"Niall James, I know you."
Sighing in resignation, he admitted, "He's been pushing me 'round a lot. Like, hitting me and stuff." Rubbing his arm nervously, he whispered, "Please don't tell anyone."
"Niall, it's my job to help look after you. I can't let this slide-"
"Please," Niall begged. "Please, if he gets in trouble because of me, it'll just get worse." He gave her pleading eyes. "Please don't tell, Katie."
Miss Hamilton sighed. "Go on, off home," she said, waving Niall towards the door. "Tell your mum I say hi."
Nodding and hoping her avoidance of answering meant that she just didn't want to say she'd given in, Niall headed home.
xXx
The next day, Niall headed into the locker room after P.E. as the last one off the field; like usual. He wasn't one for sports, so whenever their teacher got them to do laps at the end of the lesson, Niall always ended up being late. There were a few people still in the room, but most of them were leaving. Pulling his locker open, Niall took a long drink from his water bottle.
Suddenly, Niall found himself pressed face-first against the lockers, a hand roughly grabbing his hair and yanking his head back. He yelped, but doubted anyone heard him.
"Why'd you tell them?" Liam's voice spat in his ear. "Why?"
"W-what?"
"Why'd you tell them?" Liam demanded, shoving him harder against the lockers.
"M-Miss Hamilton… I didn't mean to." Niall squeezed his eyes shut, fighting back a sob. "I told her n-not to do anyth-thing, I'm s-sorry."
Liam growled and pushed him even harder against the metal doors. "You really expect me to believe that?"
"No," Niall whispered. He felt his tears leaking from his closed eyes and sobbed. "No, why would you believe me? I'm just the wimpy nerd you beat up to make yourself feel good." The hand in Niall's hair tightened and he sobbed again.
"Jesus Christ, grow the fuck up…" Liam voice trailed off. He suddenly let go of Niall, making him drop to the floor.
"What're you…?" Niall started, but his voice disappeared when he turned to see Liam's chest glowing a warm red-pink colour, pulsating in time with his heartbeat. Swallowing nervously, he glanced down at himself.
His chest was doing it, too.
Liam backed away two steps, his face a picture of horror. "Oh, fuck no." He turned and bolted out of the room, the door slamming shut behind him.
Curling in on himself, Niall watched his glow fade away. "Oh, God," he whispered, shortly followed by a heartbroken sob. All his life he had waited for the day he'd find his soul mate, the day he'd find the one that made him feel complete. The one who'd always be there for him.
And now Liam had taken that away from him, too.
xXx
It was almost seven thirty when Niall got home, closing the front door softly because he was too emotionally unstable to deal with any form of noise right now. Of course, his mother wasn't going to comply in the same way the door did.
"Niall James Horan, where the hell have you been?!" Maura rushed up to her son and hugged him far too tightly.
"Can you leave me alone, please, Ma?" Niall croaked, pulling away. He didn't even look at her before slowly scaling the stairs. He curled up on his bed, gazing out the window.
"Niall?" Maura whispered, poking her head through the door.
"Please, Ma, I can't do this right now," Niall sniffed, his breath coming in little hiccups.
But Maura came over and sat beside him. "Who?"
Niall sobbed. "L-Liam P-Payne."
"Katie told me about him, sweetie, you just ignore him, okay? He can't hurt you anymore," Maura assured him.
"But he can, Ma." Niall looked to her with teary eyes and put a hand to his chest. "He can."
Maura's eyes widened. "Oh…"
"It's not fair!" Niall cried, burying his face in his blankets and sobbing harshly.
Maura didn't even know what to say, so she just rubbed Niall's back soothingly. She couldn't tell her son that 'everything will be alright', because she had no idea if it would. She knew how much finding his soul mate meant to Niall, but this… this had torn down years of hope and wishes and happy little daydreams. It was the only thing that had kept him going these past few years, and now he didn't even have love to hold him up.
