hamlet would be a perfect comparison, especially with death. i’ve read it so many times (it’s one of my favorite plays) and i highly recommend it. i can definitely help you out along the way if you’d like :)

I’ve always loved Hamlet, and i think you could get a lot of interesting points from it. And Dubliners by James Joyce is good, and its actually a collection of short stories. So you’d be able to find at least one interesting story in it to use.

I read Handmaid’s Tale for my AP Literature course in high school and it is one of my favorite books to this day. If you’re into dystopian fiction I would definitely recommend it!

i’ve only read death of a salesman so i can’t really say if that’s the best one but i do think that one is pretty interesting when it comes to the theme of death!

hi!! so okay i looked at the tv shows you listed and i noticed you don't watch the 100 so i'd definitely rec that and ehhh i've been watching cougar town recently, which is way better than the title makes it sound so if you feel like a sitcom that's also a great choice :)

i actually watch the 100, it’s one of my favorite shows (it’s right below arrow in my navi and not in tv shows which is probably why you missed it) and cougar town omfg i used to watch that show all the time on fox life!
