Illira to Felindel: 💞💛💖

Aesthetic attraction and platonic affection are sort of exactly what Felindel is going for, though Felindel is obviously pushing for something romantic and (though she hasn’t really thought about it at all) long-term. I imagine Illira’s confused attraction is going to be a source of volatility, especially now that sex is involved and knowing what sex can do to already-close relationships. Illira had best be careful!

Mizar to Felindel: 💖💜💓:

All that attraction, and Felindel hasn’t detected a single drop of it. From Felindel’s point of view, Mizar has been completely dismissive and even outright antagonistic. She’s only seen him react positively to her when she was helping Antimony, so believes he is willing to use her, but not to know her.

Felindel is fairly priestly, and that’s pretty deliberate. There aren’t a lot of devout priests in Allemanthia, what with the Elves being dead-set against every god except Karas, and with Karas no longer being on the scene. Late in her teens, Felindel was influenced by the religions of her father’s slaves and began to look up to the priests of other societies, particularly humans. Felindel is someone who found religion at the cusp of adulthood and, as is common for converts, probably adheres to it much more closely than a person born into religion would.

Certain factors are keeping Felindel’s sexual attraction pretty low, which is probably a good thing because she’s not getting jealous of Illira’s sexual partners. I think these are the highest marks I’ve given a character so far, by virtue of the fact that right now Illira/Felindel are in that indeterminate will-they-won’t-they mess where we can’t tell what kind of relationship they’re going to have or how strong it will be. Tirin/Twinsoul’s marks probably would’ve been maxed out across the board back when their relationship was new.

Romantic and crushing would’ve been a lot high before he got it on with Antimony. Or if he’d done so with better timing. Right now she has a pretty low personal opinion of him.
