Elvis Handsome Pants aka Mr. Popular with the Ladies & Gents!
Over the three weeks I had Elvis the "puppy" I would take him to the residential dog park in hopes that he would deplete his energy and go to sleep once home. Rarely did he ever get tired but I loved this park bc no one was ever there. Every time I got a compliment on how cute Elvis is I would let them know that he is single and looking. And then I met Tony. He was walking his girlfriend's dog and took to Elvis very nicely. Supposedly his girlfriend's dog doesn't get along with any other dogs so this was a unique opportunity for him as he was looking for a new dog because he lost his just a few months ago. He filled out the application that night and the next day Elvis and I met up with him and his girlfriend at the park to see her thoughts. Let's just say now they are fighting over who gets to keep the dog. Elvis really lucked out. Although he was a lot of work for me as a single cat mom I couldn't have asked for a better puppy. I mean at least he didn't eat my couch and only my favorite tarot cards LOL. Tony is beyond happy with him. Elvis was adopted this weekend to his furever home. He really got a good deal that dog. Running away from home and not only getting a loving owner but he will have a "mom" and a "sister" too. I'm so happy. Thank you Karrie Bulski for the experience and the gentle encouragement not to give up. Seeing how happy Elvis and his new family is, is totally worth it. however his new name is Jeff. I'm not sure how I feel about that lol jk
