         ❝ … cat! ❞ felix calls out with arms outstretched, waddling ever faster. the feline, upon seeing him, freezes mid-step, before hastening further away down the hall.

         chuckling, lambert rises to his feet again, turning around. ❝ less bold? he seems quite determined to catch her. ❞

         with a sigh, rodrigue scoops felix up in his arms, who has already begun to whine. ❝ he doesn’t bat an eye at dogs or horses, but sees a cat and he’s off like an arrow. lately, he’s even started asking for one, but larissa has a strong reaction to them. shh, felix. ❞

         as he watches rodrigue try to calm felix, whose reddened face indicates he’s on the verge of petulance at having lost sight of the animal, lambert just smiles. ❝ well, he can have his fill of them here. there is no shortage of cats within the halls of this castle. ❞

Peter Pan is probably one of the best villains the show has ever come up with because he’s playing a completely different game. He’s not out for revenge or domination, his biggest motivation is keeping himself alive. But on top of that, Peter’s got this whole divine power where he’s essentially rewriting his own story and fucking with the preset dichotomy that everyone else slots into.

And like the lost boys! All of these kids with stories that are just left untold! So much potential! So many possibilities!
