Watch: Daring mission saves woman who fell from RAK mountain
A 33-year-old woman survived a fall into a ravine from the UAE’s tallest mountain on Friday, Ras Al Khaimah Police said on Saturday.
The US citizen of Palestinian origin who was exploring the Jebel Jais area on foot reportedly fell from a height of 1,950-metre.
The woman slipped from a rock and fell several metres into the ravine, according to the rescue team.
