“It must be my lucky day!” Flowey exclaimed. Another human in such a short amount of time could only mean good things. For him. They must be falling from the surface like dead leaves or something. He’d have to keep an eye on this hole to see if anymore potential souls came crashing toward the underground.

“D’you need a hand?” He asked, extending a vine to help the fallen human to their feet. He was careful to keep his thorns hidden for the time being, at least until they touched him.

[ if nothing else, this farce that alphys was having him put on was increasing views. nothing helped publicity like bringing a human to live tv, though he had already heard complaints that it seemed a little overdone or tacky. but nothing he did really ever went down without a hitch with the audience - they were a tough crowd. surely this quiz show would be good, though. ]

[ he had his instructions, his questions, and his basic script, all set up for alphys to act like a friend of sorts to the human. he was sure she had some plan for them, later, but it wasn’t really his place to ask questions. he did owe her, after all. ]

it towers over the child, amorphous body dripping and pooling on the floor, before sliding back into its form. a c r o o k e d  smile works its way across its features, and its eyes glow a dull purple.

A sweet, small smile reveals the deep rows of sharp fangs. It doesn't reveal any intention of harm but still the razor points are unsettling. Something meant to rip apart meat and flesh belonged to such a small, kindly looking monster. She's a stark contrast to the horrifying monsters that filled the underground. ( Though still greatly reminiscent of them. That might be a bloodstain on her sleeve. ) The scientist who smelled of sweet perfume and lab chemicals seemed a sort of oasis in this place. If only one could get past those teeth.

Alphys is grinning from joy as she bounces over to the human who's gone and invaded her home. The sweeping skirt bunching up and falling in repetition with the movement. Her striped sweater slipped off her shoulder with little care a she reaches out with delicately gloved claws. She means to grab the human by the arms, to get a good look at her.

" So you're the human, " she exclaims with feigned innocence. Having made sure the screen was shut off before she'd walk through the door. " The first one I've seen in person. " Alive, the monster adds in silence.
