Often seen in white robes, red wool scarves and a set of notes. Extremely good at evading attacks. His attack has much greater damage after absorbing Frisk's soul. He followed Ink to meet Frisk again.
After Frisk died, he took Frisk's heart-shaped locket, gloves, shoes and knife, and continued to do what Frisk had done before: to record events at all timelines.
