FellFluff Chara and Asriel:
This is exactly their dynamic in this universe.
They clearly love each other and would do anything for one another, but the two of them also get on each other's nerves in the most childish and petty of ways.

Chara x Tsundere Papyrus headcanons
This... This is Underfell/FellFluff Papara. I'm gonna go with FellFluff for this one though.
So sometimes even though this Papyrus isn't anywhere near as mean as his Underfell counterpart, he still manages to hurt the feelings of others without really meaning to.
And Chara is no exception.
Oh, it's only occasional at first, but he becomes more harsh after he realizes he's in love with her. He's so concerned with trying to cover it up because he's so conscious of what others think about him - Papyrus is so sure that he'll be laughed right out of the Underground, and the barrier won't stop that from happening either.
The Big, Malicious and Powerful Papyrus? Going all soft?? Oh, he'd be ruined!
So he ends up acting mean to try and fool everyone into thinking the opposite is the case. It works a little too well, sometimes. And then he's got other monsters giving him the stink eye for being mean to Chara, but that's mere peanuts compared to the tearful looks she gives him.
He's been driven to tears over his rotten behavior more than once, as soon as Papyrus is out of the public eye. He'll hole himself up in the bathroom until he looks presentable - which can be anywhere from thirty minutes to three hours.
Sans: paps, what are you doing in there?
Papyrus: CRYING MY EYES OUT...
Sans: oh, well... hurry up. i gotta cry too.
*Set when FellFluff Red is just born*
Dadster: Edge, come meet your new brother
Edge: I don’t want to
Dadster: Just say “hello” to him
Edge: He’s a baby. He can’t understand
Baby Red: *looks up at him*
Edge: *groans* Fine. Hello, thing
Baby Red: *smiles and reaches out for Edge*
Edge: *feels his icy heart melt in an instant*
Baby Red: Mweeeh
Edge: *crying happy tears* I will love and protect this fat angel for as long as I live
Dadster: I knew you would like him
Edge: It’s mainly because Dad sucks at it!
Dadster: *offended gasp*
Baby Red: *dries Edge’s tears with his little baby hands*
Edge: *smiles* He’s so precious
Sans: oh, well... hurry up. i gotta cry too.
Me after reading that
Paps shouldn't hog the bathroom all to himself when Sans has been crying in there for a whole lot longer. Squatter's rights and all that jazz.
Toriel sometimes just gets this inexplicable gut feeling when one's going to arrive
I think that’s what is commonly referred to as “Mom Feelings”
It's a good thing she almost always knows when to show up, though. Even if all the monsters in this universe are lighter and softer and basically harmless compared to their Underfell counterparts, I assume the humans that fell were awfully scared or confused from the fall, not to mention some of them might need someone to tend to any bumps and bruises or other injuries they may have sustained from the landing.
Patience ended up liking the Ruins so much that she stayed there to take care of the place and look after the landing spot when Toriel can't. The two of them are on good terms with each other, but Toriel never really could bond with her like she does Frisk.
Patience is a redhead like Chara, but a much lighter shade, more like a bright ginger. And their personalities are so contrasting that all it really did was remind Toriel that her daughter wasn't there anymore.
FellFluff: What would Papyrus do if Sans T-posed at him?
He'd heard about this before. Apparently this pose was supposed to be a highly effective intimidation technique passed down from the humans, but he doesn't really feel all that intimidated.
Papyrus is more bewildered and annoyed than anything, but he's supposed to be afraid right now, so he does his best to act appropriately in this situation and pretends to be frightened.
