Unless he’s particularly exhausted. Would come to you trying to keep up a composed facade but will very well ask you straight to your face. He’s not shy, just respectful.

Would love to lay his head on your lap if he is tired from the day.

If you give him tea or a blanket or anything to help him feel more comfortable, he would absolutely melt. He takes care of so many people and is a stable foundation for many to lean on, so it’s nice to be on the receiving end for once. It makes him feel like he’s actually loved, instead of being revered for being “backup help” for some people. Acts of service is one of his love languages, after all.

This is an incredibly common and obvious headcanon but I’m going to say it nonetheless; he smells very nice. The soft vanilla scent is relaxing, and sometimes makes you feel like you’re floating.

If you miss him a lot when you two have to be away from each other, he gives you a scent pouch that smells like vanilla for you to sleep with instead. It even has his soul jam shape embroidered on it!

Is most likely the “big spoon”. Can be slightly protective at times, so this is more comfortable for him to make sure you’re safe, there in his arms. Very agreeable with different positions though, he doesn’t really mind.

The hat is...uncomfortable for the both of you, to say the least, so he usually takes it off.

Honestly? More verbally affectionate than physically, but this is cuddling we’re talking about―it's the definition of physical affection.

However my point still stands so I say he says a lot of sweet things during cuddling, with a hint of self-derogatory, stuff like “I’m so lucky to have you…I don’t know what I did to deserve you/If you weren’t here to stop me from being unwise I’d be in a much worse state.”

Hello! I am quite tired, thank you for asking! I've been doing a lot of deep cleaning and it's exhausting, but cleaning is practically a hobby of mine, so I don't mind it at all. I would say he would love hugs or small gestures, but he's more verbally affectionate than physically!

Compliments, sweet nicknames, flowery language, but not so much that he like writes poems.
