Y'all follow @deceitfuldevout
Her account got deleted and now she's back!!
I thought my fellow writers would enjoy this.
I know, personally, my writing has really been therapy and a way to spread awareness for things close to my heart 💜❤️
A bit ago I was wondering about woman Nomus and do they wear shirts
Well the answer to that question is no, including a no to the pants
i know they have the male nomu's wear clothes, i distinctly remember the usj one had pants on, so why not her??
I don't see @freckled-writing anymore. Have they gone on hiatus?
I think you mean @freckled-words but as far as I know, she doesn’t write for the egos anymore. But we can ask her since she’s probably lurking!
Happy Birthday!
Thank you thank you!
I know I’ve been away from the phandom for a bit, finals and elections and other nonsense keeping me away from this website, but I will never never never forget how amazing your writing is. You are still one of the first people I think of when phantom literature comes to mind.
I hope your day goes well, too! So far I’m just relaxing and finishing up some last-minute Christmas shopping. Maybe I’ll write me some deer Cherik.... >.>
Hi there! this isn't a request, I was just wondering if I could get some advice? I just started a blog call The-Queen-of-Hazbin-Fluff and i just posted my first imagines to get people interested. Is there anything I should try to do? Thanks, and you don't have to do a shout if you don't want to, I just want some advice from someone who helps make me smile :)
That's a good question and I feel honoured that you've come to me for advice. I'm no expert but I'll tell you how I typically go about getting my blogs noticed.
• First of all, you've done a good thing by posting already, that gains the interest of people who have already found you. It'll show people what you're already capable of but also shows potential that you can and most likely will get even better.
• I would suggest making sure you post your blog rules and what is available to your viewers. People tend to hesitate on making requests or hanging around when they don't know what is available to them. If they don't know the rules of your account, they may be too unsure about requesting in fear of being rejected or making you uncomfortable. Make sure these are accessible, such as leaving a link in your description and maybe even rebooting your rules every now and then.
• In saying this, if you're taking requests, ensure you inbox is open and that people are able to ask anonymously. Most people don't like to reveal who they are, so this makes the blog more appealing to them as they don't feel like they're being exposed to the world.
• Asking for a shout out is a good idea too. The way I got my first rush of attention for most of my blogs was through getting a popular blog to give me a shout. If you can't find someone with a large following, it doesn't hurt to ask a couple different blogs who post the same content you are. You'll find most writers are willing to give a fellow writer a boost.
• Pay attention to your tags! This is how people will find your work, so make sure to tag carefully and thoughtfully. If it's character x character, label it as so, x reader, label it. If you have yandere content or nsfw, make sure you tag that in singular tags. I have 'yandere' blacklisted on tags because I don't like to see the content, but a lot of people forget to tag it or add things like 'yandere character' or 'yandere something or rather' so my blacklist overlooks that and I may end up reading something I don't find comfortable. So make sure to take that into consideration otherwise you can lose followers.
• If you feel up for it, may be reblog a prompt list or come up with your own. This gives some people ideas on what to request or just an option in general if they can't think of something.
• Remember to be patient. Sometimes the process of becoming a known blog is quick but other times it's unbearably slow. One of my blogs had over 100 followers within three days. Another took a whole month to get that far, and even then, that's still pretty quick because I sought out help from others.
I hope this helps you a little! Since your blog is new, I can't seem to find it myself so if you tag me in a post or maybe privately message me, I can reblog some of your work too! As for a shout out, everyone go check them out! Give them a chance to become part of our fantastic community!
@The-Queen-of-Hazbin-Fluff
I personally look forward to seeing what you come out with.
