A soft smile plays on his lips, and he steals a chaste kiss in return. "I'd love to say 'forever', honestly. But hunting and all. You know the risks. But I'll try." Not the answer the angel was seeking, he could only imagine, but he'd rather not give him such large and rather unlikely promises. At least tomorrow he'd have survived another year.
