Five years ago today, January 6, 2021, we witnessed a vicious mob of domestic terrorist white supremacists attempt to overthrow the U.S. government and stop the peaceful transfer of power to the then newly-elected President Joe Biden. Led by the outgoing president Drump/ #Felon45 and aided by dangerous, racist, election-denying MAGA Republican Members of Congress, the violent #insurrectionists stormed the U.S. Capitol building, assaulted law enforcement officers, threatened to kill then U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Mike Pence, and caused millions of dollars in propery damages. The congressional members who fed and helped plan the coup attempt and the FOX "news" crowd downplayed the attack as if we did not see it unfold with our own eyes, and THEY ARE STILL PLAYING IN OUR FACES TO THIS DAY!

Despite investigations and evidence showing their involvement, neither Drump, nor any of those congressional members (looking at YOU Marjorie Taylor Green), or Ginny Thomas (wife of corrupt, pay-to-play Supreme Court justice Clarence) HAVE EVER BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE. In fact, Drump (now #Felon47) was elected president a second time, and he promptly pardoned the perpetrators who were convicted once he was back in office.
