It wasn’t a usual thing to see a kid ...looking that rich around these parts. Gabriel hated leaving witnesses but..this is just a young teen. He couldn’t bring himself to hurt the kid. “ Hey..you should get the hell out of here. Nothing but trouble for you to stay here. I mean it.  You should go..”

❝Bruce...I did not tell him.❞ he tries to explain calmly, even though he doesn’t see what the big deal is. He knows of course that keeping your friends’ secret is important, but 1. it’s not that difficult to figure the secret out and 2. protecting your friends is more important than not keeping a secret.  ❝He figured out on his own.❞ Ed didn’t deny it when Lucius inferred it, but it is for the best to keep this for later. Surprisingly, his boyfriend Lucius had reacted rather calmly and even tried to explain to Ed how they should of course try to help Bruce, but they shouldn’t do anything drastic. Like killing him for example.   ❝He is really smart, you know that. And he saw Jerome leaving your place.❞
