Alice wasn’t really sure how she’d become so bitter and twisted after she and Jace had broken up but it affected her mote than she would care admit out loud. She probably wouldn’t ever admit it. He knew, she’d made sure of that but no one else had to know. So when a knock came to her door that evening, she really hadn’t know what to expect. When she saw him on the other side though, her face immediately became hard as nail and she folded her arms across her chest.  Why the hell was he there? She couldn’t believe after everything, he was there at her front door. But he didn’t look like his usual self, he looked....well worried. For a moment, she felt the pain she’d felt when things had ended between them but her expression didn’t falter in the slightly. “What do you want?” Her stare was still cold and her face still showing nothing but the anger she felt as she looked at him.
