This piece was a little self-challenge to mix some my favorite things :

WIP - Taking Joséphine on a walk

I haven't posted about it here but I have this lil AU cooking in the back of my brain, in which Diluc isn't Crepus' biological son, but a long distant cousin from Fontaine... And this cousin, a noble lady, runs away all the way to Mondstadt to escape a forced mariage and gets adopted by Crepus, who passes her as his son Diluc that actually died years ago as a child. Kinda "yeah this is my son, he was away in Fontaine to get the best education possible, and now he's back to learn how to properly take care of the family's land and business :3c"

There's a whole Pygmalion thing in which Crepus shows 'Diluc' how to behave like a proper gentleman, etc. And it works so well, all of Mond is enamoured with the bifauxnen Ragnvindr.

Everything's fine until someone from Fontaine sees through the carefully constructed façade of Diluc Ragnvindr.

Joséphine is the noble lady's horse, that she has to leave behind while running away. In my mind, it's a gypsy cobe.

I really have to write that story properly..........
