Try out one of my favourite workouts - - tabata style: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds break, repeat for 8 rounds before you move on. 👉Choose two excercises OR a single-sided one (side lunges, for example). 👉Alternate back and forth between the two exercises/sides every 20 second working round, using the 10 seconds break to switch. 👉Keep the same exercise(s) until you've completed the entire 4 min (8 rounds) set. 👉Choose new exercise(s) and restart your timer!!! . . Don't forget to do a good 5-10 min cool-down at the end of each workout🙌💙. . .
